Set among lush greenery and vines, LARC Ranch offers an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy. Spend your days playing yard games, soaking up the sunshine, or gathering for a home cooked meal on the propane BBQ. As evening falls, take in the serene views and let the peaceful surroundings melt your cares away.
Inside, you’ll find a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, a beautiful dining area with seating for eight guests, and a cozy living room with soft lighting that sets the tone for relaxation. Watch a movie or listen to your favorite music on the 65 inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Pandora streaming services.
The main level features two inviting queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, each designed for comfort and rest. A dedicated pool room with a TV and mini fridge adds a fun space for friendly competition and entertainment.
Upstairs, a second living room provides even more space to unwind. The primary suite features a king size bed, elegant décor, and a luxurious private bathroom. A smaller bedroom with a twin bed and TV offers a perfect nook for kids or a solo traveler. Step through the patio doors to a charming balcony and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the valley.
LARC Ranch welcomes up to two well behaved dogs. Each stay includes a special pup welcome kit with a few thoughtful items to make traveling with your pet easier. Please note, the property is not fenced, and we kindly request that dogs not be left unattended.

Lifestyle Properties assures that all homes are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines for cleaning and PPE use. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

This place was incrediblesuper clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing with the family. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped, which made cooking enjoyable. We loved being able to take peaceful walks around the property and hearing birds in the morning added a lovely touch. The porch was a favorite spotabsolutely perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a very comfortable and serene experience. Highly recommend!

We had the best time! The property is absolutely gorgeous. We shared the house with another family and there was plenty is space. The kids loved playing horse shoes, bean bag toss, and pool! The house was only 20 min to Salem and about 15 min to McMinnville (which was super cute!). The adults loved the winery David Paige across the street!! The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pan, and utensils and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $100 per dog, per stay. Maximum of two (2) dogs.
- Additional guests over two (7) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
