We stayed at the Bryn Mawr Gatehouse property and had a wonderful experience. Nestled within a vineyard, the setting is peaceful, quiet, and offers stunning views. The house is well-appointed with a comfortable and thoughtful floor plan. One of our favorite parts was enjoying our morning coffee on the patio while taking in the beautiful scenery. Were already looking forward to coming back!

We didn't have any direct interact with the team but the information provided before, during and after our stay was detailed enough that we didn't need to. Nothing went wrong with the home during our stay so we didn't need to call anyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the home was perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay but still close enough to restaurants and entertainment. We have close friends that live in Amity so it was a quick drive to see them. The inside of the home was set up great for us and our dog. We never felt that we were lacking any type of amenity.

The house was beautiful and well kept and quiet and had everything we needed. Wouldve preferred to king-size bed, but we survived. We were very relaxed and love looking out the window to all the green and well kept property grounds and especially the black-eyed Susans on the one of two patios. And I especially enjoyed the free glass of wine each day of our stay. Wonderful ambience.

Had a friends trip for creating art and hiking in Silver Falls State Park. Wish there was something this nice closer to the park, but no. House is a new build so everything (tile grout included) was sparkling clean. Views were STUNNING, and freshly washed windows when we arrived really let us enjoy them. It was a heat wave (over 90F every day) but the AC more than kept up with the weather. We even turned the temp UP a few times because it was so strong! Having two en-suites is perfect for adultsmade the trip much more dignified for us. We loved how clean the patios and outdoor furniture was; it made getting to enjoy the breathtaking views effortless. Youll have to drive to do any shopping, but the vineyards and bucolic setting make it very enjoyable. As someone who typically stays in 4 and 5 star hotels, I would absolutely recommend this place, and the price was reasonable.

We spent the week at the "Gate House" to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and Thanksgiving. The property was absolutely immaculate, both inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, including a complimentary bottle of wine and a birthday card for my wife. The views were breathtaking, and the staff at the tasting room were super friendly and knowledgeable. We loved ending our day with a glass of wine while watching the sunset - it was truly amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the quality of the linens was top-notch. We even had the chance to see deer frolicking in the surroundings. Coming from Los Angeles, where I often feel surrounded by a concrete jungle, being out in nature in such peaceful silence was a remarkable experience. We are definitely planning to return next year..

We stayed at the Gatehouse for a week. Wasn't the best weather (rained almost every day) but the house made it worthwhile! It is in a wonderful setting amongst the Salem vineyards on a quiet country road. The way the house was set up was perfect. The lower entry into the mudroom is adjoined with the living room for enjoying the TV at the end of the day. Only concern was there was no availability on the TV to local stations, but we worked through that. The Kitchen, dining room on the second level was good for sitting around and enjoying the fantasic views of the Salem area. The kitchen design was good and very manageable for the three of us. The access to the patio in the back was good. We had our two pups with us and access to the lawn area was very easy. Would have been nice to have a fenced in area to let the pups roam a bit off leash, but we made it work. The two bedrooms up the short flight of stairs were very good. The room the wife and I slept in was very good and the mattress was so soft that it made it difficult to get up in the morning for me to go to work. Our trip up the hill to the winery was beyond fantastic, even though it rained the entire time. The views of the valley to the east and west were extremely good. The wine was just as good as the view. We had a great time and will be back many more times!
