Description
Located in the heart of Amity, this newly renovated Masonic Lodge where meetings were conducted over 100 years ago has now been transformed into hotel-style vacation suites. All of the flats are named after the types of soil found in the vineyards around the Willamette Valley and Yamhill is primarily found in the local Eola-Amity Hills. Here you can find more than 30 outstanding wineries and dozens of gorgeous vineyards. Just below the flats is The Bramble, Silas Wines tasting room or walk across the street to Coelho Winery. A short drive or easy bike ride away is the inspirational Antica Terra winery or visit the monastery of the Brigittine monks to sample some of their award-winning chocolates.

We specialize in luxury, short-term lodging options with the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail so that you feel right at home during your vacation.
The Yamhill Flat is one of the valley's only ADA-accessible vacation rentals with a lift to access this three-floor guest room. The room is a studio-style suite with a queen bed and kitchenette. Rich, red tones in the furnishings of Yamhill tie the room to its namesake soil, and the addition of bright accents reminds us of a perfectly balanced wine. The layout and furnishings are designed to accommodate guests in wheelchairs; the comfort and style will please everyone. A large, operable window will brighten the room with light from the south; you can pull down a shade for peaceful darkness. The kitchenette is equipped with a small dining table, a French press featuring Caravan Coffee, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. A BBQ grill on the shared patio ensures that you will have everything you need to prepare meals.

Absolutely loved the chic yet rustic ambiance. The bed offered unparalleled comfort, and the linens exuded luxury. Just a block away, a charming coffee house awaits. Surrounded by wineries, it was the perfect weekend escape.

Such a lovely hidden gem! We could easily live here happily, its a gorgeous room with a beautiful rooftop. It was cozy and clean, they provided earplugs but noise didnt bother us at all. Super walkable.

Really really glad I paid the extra money for this place, it was so clean and had everything, the managers were very conscientious in making this little studio comfy: new extra fluffy towels, comfy clean chairs & blankets, ultra-comfy bed, perfectly arranged kitchenette with all essentials neatly placed, clean drawers, fresh coffee, and a popcorn treat. Patio is NICE. Ear plugs were provided (helpful, since the winery across the street was working late, and there are lots of trucks passing by). Appreciated having a French press instead of a kureg-style coffee maker. Having just stayed at two other places that were not as well managed, the difference in this place was clearly top of the class. Also this is in a really cute little town, in the middle of quite a few wineries. It would be a great destination. For me, it was a last minute stopping point on my way back to Portland, and the hosting managers were quick to get back to me about availability and help get into the building. A++

I stayed at Amity Flats. Found this space accidently and booked at last minute. It had a kitchen(ette) which was the driving factor for not getting a hotel, and i didnt feel like driving back to Portland after a wine tasting day. I highly recommend anyone to do the same, in this darling tiny town in the middle of many wineries. Bonus, getting to watch the sun set from the deck. The flat is so cute and has everything you need, and the property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. I was so happy to land here, everything is pristinely clean, beautiful fluffy towels, super comfy bed. And there is a lift so you dont have to lug your bags up stairs. Only down side is that its noisy, but it comes with ear plugs, and other extra touches everywhere so thats easy to deal with and overlook. Also important to know, the flat I stayed in was the ADA studio, and its set up for just 2 people. Hope others get to find this gem and enjoy.

We arrived much later than planned and our room code did not work (it did work for the building). Called the after hours number and was taken care of quickly. We were given another room and inside quickly. The next morning we were told we could stay in that room the entire weekend. The room was comfortable, clean, and worked great for our stay.

We enjoyed staying at the Amity Flats, which is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to McMinnville, which has very good restaurants as well.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days before arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (except for the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that period, it is non-refundable.
- All units are located on the 3rd floor.
